The Fort Jackson Leader is published each Thursday by a private firm under exclusive contract with the installation. All editorial content is prepared, edited and approved by the Public Affairs Office. Please remember, all submitted articles are subject to editing. For advertising rates and information, contact the publisher at 1-800-698-3514. Community news and announcements are very important to us but, due to limited space, we must often prioritize items. In order for us to make the most of the space we have for announcements, we ask that event announcements be in the Public Affairs office at least one week in advance, but ideally, three weeks prior to the event.
