DRM maintains staff responsibility for both financial and manpower resources IAW FM 100-22, Installation Management directs and coordinates program and budget formulation, execution and control; serves as liaison and manages installation accounting matters; serves as liaison with bank and credit union on post; supports organizational management; manages and coordinates manpower and equipment programs; and manages the Army Savings Bond Program, the Army Travel Card Program, the Combined Federal Campaign, and the Commercial Activities (A-76) Program. |
