CPT Daniel L. Moore is a native of Clay, WV, and enlisted in the Army on August 20, 1997 as a Percussion Player. While serving as a percussion player, CPT Moore served in the 62nd Army Band at Fort Bliss, TX, and the 2nd Infantry Division Band in the Republic of Korea, attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant (Promotable). CPT Moore attended Officer Candidate School and was commissioned as an Air Defense Second Lieutenant in 2007.
CPT Moore's assignments as an officer include Launcher Platoon Leader and Battery Executive Officer for Charlie Battery, 5th Battalion, 52nd Air Defense Artillery Regiment at Fort Bliss, TX. In 2009 CPT Moore deployed to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in support of Operation Enduring Freedom as the Charlie Battery Executive Officer and during the deployment moved to battalion staff as an Operations Officer.
CPT Moore has a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education from Glenville State College in Glenville, WV, and is pursuing a Master's in Business Administration from Webster University in St. Louis, MO. His military education includes: Air Defense Artillery Captain's Career Course, Air Defense Artillery Officer Basic Course, Basic Officer Leader Course, Officer Candidate School, Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course, Primary Leadership Development Course, Basic Combatives Course, Unit Prevention Leader Course, and the Combat Lifesaver Course.
CPT Moore's awards and decorations include: Army Commendation Medal (3 OLC), Army Achievement Medal (5 OLC), Army Good Conduct Medal (2 OLC), National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, NCO Professional Development Ribbon (2), Army Service Ribbon, and the Overseas Service Ribbon.
CPT Moore is married to Mrs. Darlene Moore and they have three children: Kathleen (7), Leah (4), and Evan (1).
First Sergeant Stackhouse enlisted in the United States Army in September of 1992. She received her Basic Training at Fort Jackson, SC and Advanced Individual Training as a Motor Transport Operator in Fort Lenoardwood, Missouri. During her 19 years of service, First Sergeant Stackhouse has held numerous leadership positions to include: Squad Leader, Platoon Sergeant, Support Operations NCOIC, Drill Sergeant, and First Sergeant.
First Sergeant Stackhouse's assignments include: C CO 528th Support Operation Support Battalion, Fort Bragg, NC. Her next assignment was with D CO 725th Main Support Battalion, 25th Infantry Division, Schofield Brks, Hawaii. She then became a Drill Sergeant at Fort Jackson, SC. After completing her Drill Sergeant duty she was with 159th Combat Aviation Brigade, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) to include 563RD ASB and 4-101 Forward Support Company as First Sergeant. In Aug of 2010 she became the First Sergeant at United States Army Drill Sergeant School at Fort Jackson, SC. She is currently the First Sergeant in E CO 3-34. First Sergeant Stackhouse has deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom 05-07 and Operation Enduring Freedom with the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault).
First Sergeant Stackhouse awards and decorations include: Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal (1 OLC), Army Commendation Medal (4 OLC), Army Achievement Medal (5 OLC) to name a few. First Sergeant Stackhouse is a graduate of PLDC, BNCOC, ANCOC, and First Sergeant Course. She also has attended Drill Sergeant School, Airborne, and Air Assault. She is currently working on her Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice with University of Phoenix.
First Sergeant Stackhouse has three kids, Michael, Shakar, and Shakira.
